Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter, the "Consent")

By submitting their personal data on the website https://gk-tph.ru/ (hereinafter, the "Website"), the visitor of the Website (hereinafter, the "User") provides consent to the owner of the Website, TPH Group LLC (OGRN* 1237700084434, TIN 7730298382, legal address: Room 52-11, Office 3.05, Building 3, 6 Barklaya St., Moscow, 121087, Russia (hereinafter, the "Company"), for the processing of their personal data. This consent covers any operations performed by the Company, whether automated or non-automated, as defined by Clause 3, Part 1, Article 3 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", including: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating or alteration, retrieval, use, anonymization, restriction, destruction or disclosure (by dissemination, transmission, or granting access) of the specified personal data to third parties, provided that measures are taken to protect the data from unauthorized access to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of this Consent.

For the purposes of this Consent, "Personal Data" shall mean the following categories of information:

• personal information voluntarily provided by the User when filling out feedback web forms or subscribing to news and mailings, including the User's personal details (First Name, Patronymic, Last Name, email address, company name), as well as any other information related to the User's identity that they wish to provide on the Website, if technically feasible);
• data automatically transmitted to the Website's services during their use via the software installed on the User's device, including: IP address, cookie files, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the services), technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User (including screen resolution, version, and other device attributes), date and time of access to the services, details about the User's actions on the Website (clicks, page views, form field entries, ad displays and viewings), and other similar information.

Users' personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• fulfilling obligations of TPH Group LLC under orders and contracts, as well as other obligations of TPH Group LLC;
• providing users with information about the Company and its partners, inter alia, the goods, work and the services offered by the company;
• collecting data for marketing purposes (for contacting via email or telephone in order to offer services, send newsletters, or register for events);
• analyzing user activity using the Yandex.Metrica service.

The Users' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except for cases where non-automated processing of personal data is required to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

The Company undertakes not to disclose the received personal data to third parties, except in cases of requests from authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation, and solely on the grounds of and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

This Consent shall become effective once the User expresses their consent to the processing of personal data by ticking the check-box next to the text of this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and remain in effect until the purposes of the personal data processing are achieved or the Consent is withdrawn.

This Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to the Company at the following address: Room 52-11, Office 3.05, Building 3, 6 Barklaya St., Moscow, 121087, Russia in accordance with the procedure stipulated by Article 14 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data". The request must contain the following information:

• Surname, first name, and patronymic of the personal data subject;
• Details confirming that the personal data subject is involved in a relationship with the Company (e.g., contract number, contract date, unique verbal identifier, and/or other relevant information), or other information confirming that their personal data is processed by the Company;
• Signature of the personal data subject.

Such a request may also be sent to the Operator via email at info@gk-tph.ru in the form of an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If the Company receives the User's request to withdraw this Consent, the provision of services to the User on the Website may be terminated.

The User is hereby notified that the Company is entitled to continue the processing of personal data without their consent in cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Consent unilaterally. Any amendments to the terms of this Consent shall become effective after the publication of the amended revision of the Consent on the Website.
