TatProm-Holding Group expands its business
TatProm-Holding Group, one of the major Russian holding groups producing oil and gas equipment and providing oilfield services, has purchased four frac fleets, including two high-rate fleets for operations in oil and gas fields with hard-to-recover reserves. The deal has been signed with a leading Chinese manufacturer of oilfield service equipment.

Continuous upgrade and expansion of the equipment fleet is an important focus strategic area of the company. TatProm-Holding Group is actively developing partnerships in the field of technologies with Chinese manufacturers. Last year, we purchased 5 well cementing fleets.
Currently, 15 fleets of such type are operated in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. By now, total investments in equipment have exceeded RUB 10 billion.
According to Maxim Tsekhan, CEO of TatProm Holding Group, the main functions of oilfield service companies include uninterrupted operation, supply of critical equipment and technological sovereignty in the industry.

The development and strengthening of cooperation with Chinese companies enables us to promptly meet the needs of our customers. Owing to such cooperation, we can flexibly purchase necessary spare parts, which significantly reduces the risk of downtime of cementing and frac fleets, and, consequently, idling time of wells.
By purchasing and commissioning equipment, we ensure timely completion of at least 350 hydraulic fracturing operations by the end of this year and more than 1,000 operations by the end of 2025. TatProm-Holding Group is set to further develop the industry-related service and replenish the equipment fleet with modern equipment. In particular, to purchase 6 frac fleets and 6 cementing fleets this year.
