TatProm-Holding Group took part in the TatOilExpo 2024 International Exhibition organized as part of the annual Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum dedicated to the Year of Scientific and Technological Development in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the expo, TatProm-Holding Group demonstrated its newly-developed tech solutions and services to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and members of the official government delegation.
Over the 20 years of its operations in the oil and gas sector, TatProm-Holding Group has established itself as a successful high-tech equipment manufacturer and an oilfield service company, providing the industry with high-quality domestically-produced competitive products.
The products and services presented at the exhibition received high recognition among the professional community. The visitors had a chance to see a series of the company's latest downhole equipment solutions, which are widely used in oil and gas fields by customers. Thus, in particular, a noteworthy innovative solution is an activation dart used in MSF operations, which is self-dissolvable after hydraulic fracturing is performed. Darts made from tailored soluble materials do not require subsequent millout in wells after hydraulic fracturing, which significantly reduces flow initiation costs and the time required to bring wells into production.
A hydraulic reamer shoe was exhibited at the company's stand, which is designed to allow casing strings to reach the design depth in challenging wells. Among the up-to-date tech solutions offered by the Group, swellable packers have a special place. They are manufactured from a tailor-made rubber compound produced in-house by the company, unlike other Russian manufacturers who purchase raw materials from third parties. Other exhibited products included an autonomous flow control device (AICDs). This is a high-performance solution designed to maximize oil production and extend the well's lifetime.
TatProm-Holding Group continuously expands its product range. A high-tech HF service is presented at the exhibition. The company has four frac fleets, which can achieve an injection rate of up to 18 m3/min at an operating pressure of 15,000 psi (103.4 MPa). Besides, the Group's well cementing service, having 12 cementing fleets, has also been operating in the oil market for several years.

We actively expand our operations abroad. Today, our Group operates in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan. It has subsidiaries in Algeria and Oman. In the near future, we plan to establish joint production with partners from friendly countries.
A promising area of TatProm Holding's focus is the development of equipment for gas wells meeting the V0 validation grade requirements. Currently, the final tests are underway. We plan to develop services directly associated with drilling, such as mud logging and drilling fluids. Our overall strategy is to offer an all-in-one turnkey well construction service.
