TatProm-Holding Group heavily invests in R&D, realizing the importance of innovation for developing solutions that offer utmost efficiency and reliability.
An experienced team of engineers develops the most advanced technologies among those existing in the Russian market, capable of withstanding the harshest operating conditions.
The R&D activities are mostly focused on the continuous improvement of equipment, extension of its service life and reduction of operating costs.
We use state-of-the-art materials and modeling techniques to come up with solutions custom-tailored to the needs of each client.
All equipment is subject to a comprehensive range of bench tests on our own benches, including tests in gases for validation grades up to
V0 as per GOST-ISO 14310-2014, as well as API Spec 19OH, API Spec 19LH, API Spec 19G3, API Spec 11D1, ISO 10427, ISO 14998
and other industry standards, depending on the project objectives.
Rubber compound laboratory
TatProm-Holding Group has its own laboratory that develops rubber compounds as well as a full-cycle swellable packer production technology.
